So all of you know that I have been working at Crystal's Bridal lately. Well I thought they would be able to give me enough hours to get by this summer and I was dead WRONG!
Next month they are only giving me 8 shifts which works out to be roughly $440 for the whole month! My rent is $400!! So now I am scurrying trying to find another job! I want to keep working at Crystal's because I love it there but it's definitely going to be hard to schedule two jobs this summer. I have an interview this Tuesday at 12:30 at Tailz. The place is a dog daycare and pet store. It should be fun and they offer 25 to 30 hours a week which I really badly need!
I never realized how much money I require to live! I really need to start extreme couponing or get better at budgeting myself!
I just like things that are too expensive, like this new perfume I want!
Ahh.... the thrills of being broke. At least I am not a Hobo yet!

My Birthday Weekend Catch up!
Sorry I've been rather absentee lately.
School, Work, and Fun have been taking up a rather large chunk of my time lately.
So as a short before school catch up:
Last Last Weekend (March 25-28) I was thrown a not so surprise surprise birthday by my two besties, Phillip and Shonna, and My sister, Megs. I ruined their surprise by planning my own party in which they then had to inform me that I already had a party! Aren't they awesome! My Sister is only 17 and so not allowed to go to the bar. Shonna had a brilliant idea to try and sneak her into our favorite bar, The Oilcity Roadhouse. Phil and I figured what the hell, the worst that could happen is we don't get in. Well it actually worked! We fake stamped meg and somehow we actually got her in. The rest of the night was spent dancing and getting shots from the cute bartender that Phil has a thing for.
So that was on Saturday.
The day before Shonna, Carrissa, and I went to the Male Strippers at Union.
We weren't there very long, but I apparently didn't need long when the bartenders upon seeing my birthday babe sash decided to double all of my drinks for free!
We were only there for two hours and I ended up just a little more than tipsy!
So because of Friday there was no drinking for me on Saturday. I couldn't even stomach the smell!
Sunday Megs and I went for facials, as in the ones you get at the spa not the one's your thinking of Shonna!

Native American Stereotypes
So today I am writing an essay in English on Native American stereotypes in the present media. Sure there are a lot of them: the noble Indian, the ignoble Indian you see in all the westerns who is always stealing the beautiful girl, the casino Indian you see in all the current comedies, and the squaw.
Looking into all of these things got me thinking is there really more native American stereoypes then causcasian stereotype? If not why are the minority stereotypes so much worse then stereotypes we portray on our own race? For example we have the dumb blondes,
the nerds, the stupid jocks, the snobby businessmen, the hillbillies, the stuck up rich bitches and the trailer trash.
Stereotypes exist in all races, colors, and types of people so why do we have them? What real purpose do they serve? and why are the stereotypes of minority groups seen as a worse injustice then those placed on other groups?
Anyway just a thought to ponder!

ANTM Cycle 16 Episode One Recap
In the season Premiere of ANTM cycle 16 Tyra Banks channels Lady Gaga and had the potentials walk down a 12 inch runway in a bubble. It's a must watch their were some pretty hilarious spills. There's a clip below but I suggest watching the whole episode!
Their photo shoot was also a little different then usual. They were shot while they were getting ready for the runway show to show the backstage glamor of being a model.
Brittani
Hannah
Alexandria
Mikaela
Nicole
These are my top five girls right now. Alexandria and Hannah are gorgeous and Mikaela has something really interesting going on. Nicole's photo is really mysterious and artistic and I love it but for some reason the judges don't?! I don't always understand what it is they are looking for in this show but I'll keep on watching it and hopefully my fav five continue on for a while!
So in the end a girl was eliminated and that girl was....
Angelia. Who's picture I though was much better than this girls...
Sara
But who knows what the judges find attractive these days! We'll give sara a chance. Ann was adorably awkward at first too.
