I Got the LiveScribe Echo Pen!

I just got the livescribe echo pen and so far it looks like it is going to be awesome for my school notes. I am just learning to use it now and my next class is on Wednesday so I will definitely update you on how it goes then! The only thing I have found so far that is a little sucky is you have to use one of their special notebooks or print the paper yourself (but it takes a really long time to print just one page) and it only comes with one teeny tiny notebook that is better for your own personal notes then school ones so I will have to go get some notebooks from future shop tomorrow for school!

Cool new Smart Pen

So I have been thinking about getting this new smart pen for school. It digitally records all of the notes you write while recording the audio and it integrates them so when you tap on a part of your notes it reads out exactly what was said at the time you wrote that part of your notes. It is called a livescribe smart pen.. I think I know where my next paycheck is going.

New Travel Advisory For Egypt

The British Embassy has released this travel advisory for egypt:

• In light of the ongoing demonstrations, we advise against all but essential travel to Cairo, Alexandria, Luxor and Suez.  This does not affect transits through Cairo airport for onward travel to other destinations, although there is some disruption to flight schedules.  A nationwide curfew is in place from 1600 to 0800 local time.  The Egyptian authorities have  blocked mobile telephone and internet communications.  

It sounds like my trip may be diverted somewhere else this year. Boo..

The Vampire Diaries -- The Descent

Last night TVD came back on the air with an amazing premiere. Rose was bitten by a werewolf at the end of the last episode and this episode was dedicated mostly to her slowly sickening and to Daemon's struggle with grief. The werewolf bite caused dementia and made Rose kill three people in town before Daemon could find her.

  In the end Daemon had to stake her to end her pain and here is where we see Daemon really start to fall apart and show his pain.  Elena tries to comfort him but he turns her away and the episode ends with Daemon trying to decide whether or not to kill a young girl on the highway so he no longer has to feel anything.

Just when we think he is going to let her go he kills her and the show ends with a close up of his face, his eyes blood red.
The other storyline going on in this episode is that of Tyler's. In this episode a friend of Mason lockwoods comes to town and she ends up being the werewolf  who kills Rose. She tells Tyler that the Vampires killed Mason but not to worry because more of their kind is coming to town to get revenge.

Carolyn also has some troubles of her own as both Tyler and her ex show their love for her with a kiss. Who is she going to choose? I have a feeling it is going to be Tyler. What do you think?

Riots in egypt and the Philly D Show

So according to Phil and the world of which I am oblivious there are some major riots and protesting going on right now in Egypt. I really hope it doens't ruin my trip (even if that sounds selfish but I'm only going to get to go there once in my life and I don't really want to be blown up when I am there!)

This episode of hellcats picks up where they left off before christmas. The team is on their way to sectionals and Marty is in deep water with the whole team for messing around with Dan and breaking him and Savannah up. 

Alice's Dad shows up unexpectedly and expects to see Alice fly. Alice starts scheming off ways to get her spot back. Because of the teams upset with Marty she manages to get Marty's spot. Marty then challenges her to a cheer off and wins her spot back so Alice is back to scheming once again. 

In the previous episode she was given a Video of Savannah helping memChris qualify at sectionals by pretending to be her sister (who is pregnant). Alice blackmails Savannah into giving her, her spot as a flyer. 

Marty seeing this as a way to make things up to Savannah gives her her own spot. 

In the end they win sectionals and are now going to nationals, Marty and Savannah are friends again,  and the squad, and Alice confronts her dad about not coming to the competition and disappointing her.

I am going to Egypt on February 10! I am so excited. My flight is over 10 hours long which kind of sucks but it will be worth it one hundred percent! My mom told me not to bring my computer but then how will I blog about the awesomeness every night to make everyone jealous!

Yoga

I went to yoga last night at Spa Lady. It was great! The instructor was really warm and friendly (unlike some instructors for yoga). I really enjoyed it and I felt much better afterwards. and I also got to use my brand new pat from Victoria's secret!
I will probably go every wednesday night from now on and I'll try to make Zumba on fridays starting next week.

Well Jim Parson's plays Sheldon on the Big Bang Theory and he is my absolute favorite tv character right now. I even have the big bang shirt with his face on it saying BAZINGA! haha. Anyway the award was well deserved that is for sure! and if any one wants to watch the big bang theory all of the episodes are on sidereel here! And wasn't Kaileigh super cute when she found out who won! Such a sweetie!

The Walking Dead Book 1

I just finished book one of the Walking Dead comic book series this last week.
It was great!
It starts off with rick waking up alone in a hospital full of zombies. He then meets Morgan and Duanne and he provides them with guns and a police cruiser. Rick heads for Atlanta hoping to find his family. He discovers that Atlanta is now a city of the undead and is almost trapped but Glen, a survivor, rescues him and takes him to the survivor camp where he finds his wife, Lori, and son, Carl. They live in the camp for quite some time until Shane, Rick's best friend and Lori's lover when they though rick was dead, Snaps and tries to shoot Rick so everything will go back to normal. Carl sees what is happening and shoots Shane first. It is soon after that they all decide to try and find a more protected place to live and Lori tells Rick she is pregnant, it is believed that the baby might actually be Shane's because they had a one night affair on the way to Atlanta.

They all pile into the motor home and find Wilshire estates, a gated community. They believe that it is safe but after the first night they find it is completely infested with the undead and they have to abandon the food and housing they found there. It is after this catastrophe that Rick, Tyrese, and Carl go hunting to look for food in the woods. Carl is shot by a hunter from a nearby farm and Rick takes him to the farmer who is also a vet in hopes that he can help. Carl recovers and the group stay at the farm until the owner, Hershel, loses his sons to zombies and forces them to leave. The group is once again wandering in search of a new home, which is when they come across the prison.  This is where the first book ends.
